You're all going to laugh but I need a new bag, and I am thisclose to just ordering a Boat and Tote from LL Bean. Everything at the stores looks the same, everything on etsy looks the same, all the bag patterns look the same. I'm getting aggravated. And the Boat and Totes are indestructable and visually unobtrusive.
Meanwhile, this is a great and tremendously useful site : u-handbag. Maybe she can help me.

My mom had one of these that she used for YEARS. sThen she got them for me and all my girlfriends for high school graduation and we all. still. use them. What are you gonna do? They may not be "hip" (as the kids say) but they're pretty stinkin' useful.
