The alternate title for this post could be Why I Won't Be Leaving The Fort Until 2008 At The Very Earliest. There are not one, but two interesting pieces of patchwork afoot here, and this photo is of one half of the first. Interesting to see what the prints "do", how they blend and fade and read through the camera lense. Fascinating. Wish me luck, that this hodgepodge will be transformed into two throwy (45"x60"-ishy) quilts for the little sisters by Christmas. Of this year.

Holy crap. It's so cute! Your siters are so lucky. I'd probably have to give birth or something for one of my sisters to make me a quilt.
