Digging.

I went to the thrift store today. The DAV never disapoints.

When the house started "coming together" a bit (it's still far from done, but what I mean is more like, "when we got a couch"), I was surprised how many people were surprised by the decor (words like "Pottery Barn" and "Martha Stewart" are being used). Is this more what you were expecting?

I LOVE THE OWL PILLOW. Also: I am ripping off that knitty pillow you posted awhile back, the awesome green colored one, only mine will be YELLOW and the buttons will not be so fabulous, prolly. What size needles did you use for that guy?

I think I was the one who said Pottery Barn in a surprised tone of...e-mail. And yes, I was expecting much more kitch from you, young lady! So I feel better now.

AND I discovered the BEST junk shop yesterday. There's an old church in Lima, with two floors full of kitchy, junky terrificness. If you have some extra time when you're in the area this summer, they have an extensive apron selection!!

And I can't find your email either :) Salt and pepper shakers? Oh that's fabulous! Thanks for your comment, you can totally say that about the guy in the paper (because I sure have) :)

Hey lady,
Love the silouettes. Just posted some necklaces that are similar. Happy thrifting!
